I love making T-shirt quilts because they hold so many memories!  Recently my Uncle Mark Loftus, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, veteran, friend and many more words describe him passed away.  My cousin, Delany asked if I would make a quilt out of his T-shirts and I said I would be honored.  I wanted to finish it quickly so that my Aunt Edath could wrap up in it during this grieving time.  It was such a joy to bring this quilt alive with his memories.  I miss him dearly and I know this quilt will bring comfort.
